    Great opportunity for those who want to become an Agent.

    Cons

    You don't own your book of business. Majority of Agent owners simply cannot afford to pay you health care benefits unless you work for Corporate. You will work very hard with cold calling and some agents provide leads.

    Advice to Management

    Don't micro manage employees. It would have nice if the producer receives a higher percentage of certain sells.
