    I have been working at State Farm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great boss, good working enviroment. Excellent products, great earning potential. The agents office atmosphere is vastly better than corporate.
    Commissions can be increased by hitting multipliers.

    Cons

    Limited base salary, constant rate increases. Be ready to tell 50% of your prospects they aren't eligible for coverage.
    Commissions get pulled for up to 12 months after the sale if they cancel.

    Advice to Management

    Become more competitive in your pricing.
