This company is credible and the management is great. The company supports its employees and provides extended health benefits, insurance, and RRSP contributions. Training is paid for by the company, along with professional society memberships. Corporate memberships discounts have been aranged for several services. My fellow employees are really nice people who help out whenever they can.
Cons
Wages are industry average. Benefits are industry average, The corporate discount on the gym membership doesn't make the gym less expensive than any competing gym's regular price. We could use a few more people here to cut the workload down.

Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SNC-Lavalin (Victoria, BC) in February 2013.
Interview
Dropped off my resume at the office, even without a job posting. Got called back within a week or two (I guess it was good timing). Met with HR at main office to answer a few standard questions and had a phone conference with hiring office (Victoria) with the regional manager and my then future manager.
