Company is too big and too Waldorf-centric. technology is falling behind and it takes too much effort to innovate.
Advice to Management
Be more progressive and more current with technology and trends. Too much time and energy is wasted in getting consensus. Typical big company - has become too slow to innovate. Relying too much on brand.
