    Pros

Really interesting work for Reliability Engineers, more than enough work to go around. The people in the south are very friendly and outgoing. Great pay, but its a given in a remote location.

    Cons

Somewhat dangerous work environment. They take safety very seriously but the chemicals involved are nothing to joke about.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SABIC (Burkville, AL (US)) in July 2017.

    Interview

Two panel interviews, with 3 people in each panel... Was asked a lot of situational and behavioral questions, so prepare for those type questions. Overall it was good and very professional experience.
