    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rogers Communications (Toronto, ON) in October 2021.

    Interview

First a 20-minute phone interview with a campus recruiter which was consisted of behavioral questions only.
The second interview was a 30-minute video meeting with two developers from the team they consider you for. There was no coding challenge. All questions were either theoretical or "How/What would you do?" type.

    Interview Questions

    • Behavioral questions:
Did you cause any problem during your previous coop/internship and how did you react/solve it?
What are three leadership skills important for you and how do you have them?
What kind of work environment you are looking for?

      Technical Questions - Second Interview:
      -What is Polymorphism?
      -What is Method Overloading?
      -What is Method Overwriting?

-How would you sort a list of names?
-What sorting algorithms do you know? Explain how two of them work.
-You are exposed to a programming language you never learned and you are asked to create a button that prints a list of employees. What would your steps be? What would you do if that language isn't similar to any language you know?

-How would you deploy your solution once you found it?
