Great pay, overtime available and can work from home due to covid. Managers and senior managers are also great people who listen to you.
Customers act like children and scream at you. You build thick skin to deal with it. Systems lag and crash, which is extra stressful because customers are screaming at you. High pressure job
Advice to Management
Biggest issue is systems. But they are working on it so they are aware.
