I worked at Rogers Communications part-time (More than 5 years)
Flexible hours for part-time
Discounts off certain products (videos/cellphone plans)
Not labour intensive
Lack of incentive to meet increasing demands (more sales, more products, etc.)
Wage increases are few and far between
Upper management shifted hours
Advice to Management
Listen to your staff, motivate them to care, be friendly, laid-back attitude with a go-getter mentality.
The bottom-line is important to upper management but your staff are the ones who are going to help you meet your goals, don't step on any toes and be reasonable.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Rogers Communications (Hamilton, ON) in November 2016.
Short introduction of mine, presenting my skills and experiences.Asking me couple of question regarding customer support, customer service, my personality, my experiences. Also, you need to think of one scenario when you had bad experience with a customer and who you manage to deal with it. Of, course, after all you need to tell them why to hire just you and why would you like to work with their company..
