    Cons

Always working, work life balance is a joke, on call 24/7 like you are a doctor trying to save a life.

    Advice to Management

Fire the people that cause issues at the manager director level and stop beating your people to death.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at PwC (New Brunswick, NJ (US)) in January 2014.

    Interview

My Sophomore year in college, I Applied to PwC Elevate Program online through college career services and PwC online application.
Elevate Program is a leadership program that exposes participants in a three day, all expense payed trip, to learn more about the firm and network with professionals.
The elevate program segued into an internship offer. While an internship offer was not guaranteed, most participants, according to word of mouth, received an internship offer.
An internship offer was received a month after the program.
Because I showed interest in non-traditional intern divisions, I had two second-round interviews with HR and a division manager to secure a spot in a division of my choice.
I received a final written offer a week after second round interview.
Whole process to receive an internship.
