Great projects and always busy with more work
Many teams have bad/least experienced managers. Although the the team is great and swift in learning new skills need basis, these managers ruin it.
No Career Growth
No yearly bonus incentives to keep the employee motivated and feeling worth.
The increments you see yearly are peanuts and not worth spending the rest of your life here.
Advice to Management
Please work on Individual's career growth and recognizing them. Technically the hard work is done by Software engineers and the higher level's bags get filled :)
