    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Glendale, CA (US)) in January 2019.

    Interview

I was contacted by the recruiter regarding the position, then a few days later they asked me for an on-site interview, which went perfectly.
A few days later they asked me for a second interview with the director and manager, then they changed it to a phone interview. This one went really well, and the manager told how impressed she is by my passion and said that HR will contact me next week for the offer.
Next week I got an automated rejecting email. At first, I thought there is a mistake, so I contacted the HR, and they said no there was no mistake and I am rejected. I contacted the manager in LinkedIn, she didn't know what happened that they didn't hire me.
I should say at least the people in HR are not professional at all.
