    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oshkosh Corporation (Dodge Center, MN (US)) in October 2012.

    Interview

    Initial contacts from recruiter. I had 2 phone interviews with the hiring manager. I really had the impression they were ready to make a culture change to one of continuous improvement. Phone call with HR to discuss salary and benefits. On-site interviews with Directors in the organization individually (5 total) and a plant tour. Company paid for round-trip flight and hotel stay. Interviews consisted of a combination of scripted questions given to them by HR and personal questions from the interviewer.

    Negotiation

    Discussed salary offer between myself, recruiter and HR. Offered position and salary over the phone by HR and then received an email with contract attached to fill out.
