Pros

Good exposure to everything in the environmental construction world and really supportive upper management. Team work and peer to peer delegation is better than most companies.

Cons

Work intensity is high, the amount of work expected to be done is equivalent to a 24-hour 7-day week all-you-can-work buffet, teams are sometimes inexperienced and the effort to get to a finished

Advice to Management

Take some risks - do a lot of small jobs to expand the business - lower your overhead requirements on small jobs
