Marsh offers a great benefit package and once was a great place to work.
Once the higher ups decided that to save money jobs needed to be outsource the company went downhill fast. The management team stop talking with employees on future plans, the quality of work went down and reports were being made that did NOT show the correct outcome or progress just to show their decisions were correct.
Advice to Management
Start looking at employees as assets and not something to be discarded or lied to.
