    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Dorval, QC) in October 2014.

    Interview

There are two interviews. The first interview is with the Investment Advisor (IA) wishing to recruit an associate. After selection by the IA from a pool of applicants, there is a second interview with the Branch Manager, who approves or rejects the candidate. The process can take a few weeks, depeding on availability of the parties involved.
