I worked at Labatt full-time (Less than a year)
they make sure that all the employee safety procedures are followed.
Pay was low. 12 hour shifts. Employees are hired as temps and can stay like that for years.

Training provided could have been better.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Labatt (Edmonton, AB) in February 2019.
Applied online, was asked to answer a bunch of questions (written) giving 3-5 sentences for each. Was almost immediately notified I'd qualified for the next round of screening. Another questionnaire (multiple choice or select opinion or something). this process basically repeated 3 or 4 times until i was asked to complete an online interview.
Online interview was just recording your answers to a couple questions. Only redeeming quality here was that you get 3 tries to re-record each answer, they were pretty tough.
