I have been working at Kognitive Marketing part-time (Less than a year)
You have a minimum wage hence if you dont have a good week you getvpaid. However you can make double the minimum wage easily. On the average you earn more money than the minimum wage.
It is very flexible.
CEO very friendly
Manager, supervisors and co workers are very nice people. They encourage and help when you dont sell.
Overall very nice place to develop sales and marketing skills
Some customers may be abusive.
You need to learn to overcome rejection
Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kognitive Marketing (Regina, SK) in April 2015.
The interview was very easy, they called to determine your availability for an online interview. They setup a skype interview where they asked me a few easy questions, and then I received a training call.
They went through previous sales experiences that I had, and what would I add to this role.
