I have been working at Hootsuite full-time (Less than a year)
It is by far the best place I've worked in so far (and it's not my second job :). We have an awesome and unique office location which feels very cosy and family like. The people are super smart and the standards are quite high with regards to the overall quality of the work. Last but not least, we have an open and distinct culture, our opinion is listened to, you really feel you can change and influence how things work.
The company's growth has influenced the overall alignment between offices but the most important thing is that they acknowledge what they've done wrong and they are open to improvements.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Hootsuite (Bucharest (Romania)) in August 2017.
For this position, they have a very long and complicated recruitment process, which consists of 5 interviews:
* Phone Screening
* Interview with a Technical Program Manager from Vancouver
* Interview with the team in Bucharest
* Interview with 2 Agile Coaches from Vancouver
* Interview with someone from HR, a Technical Program Manager and some Director
The whole process since my online application until they said they chose another guy, lasted for about 2 months.
Apart from that, I talked to really interesting & like minded people.
