I have been working at Harris Computer full-time
There are a lot of lukewarm or bad reviews on this site, and not all Harris divisions are like that. Each one is fairly autonomous and has its own leadership team. The one I work for is very collaborative, has great people, stresses unit testing, good software cycles, constant improvement, new technologies (for a reason, not just because they are new), and hiring smart people. It feels like a small company that has a large company guarding its back.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harris Computer (Niagara Falls, NY (US)) in March 2009.
I was called for a skills assessment test and an in person interview. Test had questions on Data Structures and Databases. Interview was mostly HR with few basic C++ technical questions.
