I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment and culture focused on work and life balance. Low stress compared to other consulting firms

    Cons

So far I haven't seen many downsides that are unique to GT compared to other consulting firms.

    Advice to Management

Continue finding ways to assist people in growth within the firm. Communicate more on sales cycle and the roles staff play in the cycle.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX (US)) in September 2018.

    Interview

There were two 30-minute interviews back-to-back, one with a manager and one with a partner from your designated office. Both interviews were pretty chill, mostly conversational. They got back to me via phone and then email in less than a week.
