I worked at GlaxoSmithKline part-time (Less than a year)
The environment is pretty free and friendly compare to other local company.
Too much work to do. It depends on teams to team , but night shift is often required
Advice to Management
people are great there, if you are positive then it should be okay.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Seoul (South Korea)) in January 2014.
First interview with local team, checking technical review and career path.
Second interview with regional manager reviewing global knowledge and language skills.
Last interview with HR team for Contract, Compensation & Benefit.
Interview last for 2 weeks, tends to hurry hiring process by neglecting visa process.
Salary is not based on education background but rather based on the age and career years.
