I worked at GlaxoSmithKline full-time
Fun co-workers, engaging projects, good benefits.
Dominated by micro-managers and toxic leadership that are uninterested in hearing dissenting opinions. Terrible work-life balance and expectations to work long hours.
Advice to Management
Re-structure the senior management. They have been there too long.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg (Germany)).
Talked about myself and qualification especially coding. Generally nice atmosphere. Interview appeared not too structured. When discussing the salary, the site I applied for was called a small company because it is a small site of GSK. Apart from nice interviewer. However, I find it rude not to get back to applicants.
