Great mentoring opportunities, all work is structured, measured, and rewarded. Some very outstanding engineering and operations folks to learn from.
Some employees have become lackadaisical and expect everything to go well due to others hard work. Opportunities for young talent can be slow due to loss of market share.
Advice to Management
Sales and Marketing has let the other functions down a bit. Other competitors have been successful taking some business from GM even though GM was best positioned to win the battle

3 part, phone, drug & in person by plant leadership.In person was the challenging part since there was nothing given in advance to prepare for & they had a very wide range of options to chose from regarding questions.
