The coworkers and direct manager are very collaborative and polite. The company has a lot of work to be done and a lot of interesting opportunities to tackle. The company roadmap is ok considering

CLT flex for brazilian hires. Company has a fast paced environment that can be challenging sometimes but nothing out of the ordinary.

    First interview with the recruiter was fine, he tested if i spoke fluent english but most of it was talking about past experiences in portuguese. Step 2 => Coding interview. Step 3 => Offsite => 2 coding interviews + one cultural fit
