I worked at Epic Games as an intern (Less than a year)
Treated like a full member of the team. Team leader and assigned mentor were always great to interact with, answered any questions I had and offered great feedback and advice. Got to contribute meaningful work to the project. Great benefits and competitive pay.
Some minor confusion with some of the internship management. Conflicting messages about chance for full time employment and how to get considered for it.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic Games (Cary, NC (US)) in January 2019.
It was easy for the most part - Applied online, then a breif phone call for background information. Then I was accepted for an interview in Cary, NC where I was later accepted for the position.
