I worked at Electronic Arts as a contractor (Less than a year)
1. Great team environment, daily support with whatever you need to complete deadlines.
2. Fun place to work.
3. Great learning environment.
4. Pencil down, company will recognize to give employees random paid days off (includes contractors) to reset/recharge.
1. Quick turnarounds that might spring up later in the end day from producers that is expected to be finished on top of original deadlines.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Redwood City, CA (US)) in May 2021.
Casual. The interviewer was uninformed about my background. The time scheduled was too short to cover anything meaningful, but that was my fault. Job was not as described by the recruiter. A little more junior than I was expecting. Project was interesting, though. No follow up after days.
