I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time

    Pros

The colleagues and the chance to work on some premium mobile titles are the main reason to work here.

In addition is the great perks such as free games, health allowance (gym etc), extra week off at Christmas.

    Cons

Progression is hard, there's limited opportunities for movement.

Salary is comparatively low for similar roles in other industries.

    Advice to Management

Clearly define progression opportunities for staff and rerun the salary comparison.
