    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Disney Parks (Fullerton, CA (US)) in November 2015.

    Interview

Originally Applied online for a sales position and got an email that my application was accepted and the next step was to take an online personality test. Once I passed the personality test I was told to make and appointment for a week later for a one on one interview at the Disneyland Resort location. At the interview I was taken into a recruiters office and had a short interview with a very down to earth interviewer where she asked me scenario questions. The interviewer then realized I would be better for a customer relations position and asked me if I would be interested. I agreed with her and she made an appointment for a second interview with the Guest Relations Manager less than a week later. The interview with the Guest Relations Manager was very to the point and had a lot of general questions along with a ton of specific information about the position. Overall it was a very positive experience, make sure and dress professionally and don't wear polka dots and bows! I was called a day later with a great interview from my recruiter and start work in January. I'm SO excited to work for Disney and hope this helps anyone nervous for their Disney interview :)
