    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Disney Parks (Celebration, FL (US)) in January 2019.

    Interview

Quick phone screen and then had an in person interview with 4 different hiring managers in the department about 45mins each. Received a 30 mins break over lunch which was pointless. No time to go to the cafe or anything. I was smart enough to bring a snack but if I hadn't done that I would have just sat there looking at the ground for 30 mins before the next interview. None of them knew the schedule or process. I had to tell them who was next. Each person mostly just enjoyed hearing themselves talk for the entire time slot. No interest at all in finding out my thoughts. One gave me some silly brain teaser test and watched me. Very awkward and silly.

I also applied for other positions. This company calls you for positions you aren't qualified for and never calls you for positions you are qualified for. I think Disney just looks for pro Disney people who are obsessed. They aren't hiring smart people, just Disney fanatics.

    This company is essentially lost.

    Interview Questions

    • None really. They all just enjoyed hearing themselves talk. They wanted someone with leadership experience, yet it is pretty clear none of them are good leaders themselves. Typical of leaders who are pretending to be leaders and not actually being leaders you see at companies.   Answer Question
