    Pros

Disney provides the best benefits that include admission into their theme park resorts. Also, the continuing education is constantly being enforced.

    Cons

I think their are no cons with the exception that certain leaders have no understanding of day to day operations. This of course is my opinion

    Advice to Management

Work with staff more instead of focusing on your leaders

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Disney Parks (Burbank, CA (US)) in May 2018.

    Interview

2 rounds of interview. One with the HR and second with the manager.
Phone interview followed by a video interview. Had good experience. Nothing technical.
    Why Disney?
    WHy this role?
    Willing to relocate?
Nothing to prepare for an analyst role. Complete resume run so be thorough with your resume.
