I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deluxe Corporation (Lenexa, KS (US)) in January 2019.
An HR generalist called and performed a prescreening. This person determined I might be a good fit for the job and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The HR generalist and the hiring manager said they were looking to hire quickly for two positions. I interviewed with the hiring manager a few days after the phone screening. Standard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I followed up with a thank you email, and was told that the hiring manager enjoyed our conversation and that they would be in touch very soon. A week later, I sent a follow up email and received the same response. Two weeks after the interview, I received a thanks, but no thanks email. Yet another company that acts interested and yanks your chain, only to end up wasting your time.
