I have been working at Deluxe Corporation full-time (More than 5 years)
New leadership is moving company away from extreme focus on expense to emphasize growth. Shift from manufactuing company and mindset to truly exciting tech focus.
Even necessary change brings turmoil. Leadership is moving us through it quickly, but it is still uncomfortable. At least now the discomfort is in service of a stronger future.
Advice to Management
Keep going—the changes you're making are absolutely necessary and long overdue. Remember to be people, though; you're getting a reputation for being distant and aloof (less so Barry than other ELT members). thanks

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deluxe Corporation (Atlanta, GA (US)) in June 2017.
They had two rounds for the interview. 1 for HR and another had the technical round. The HR round was mostly about your personality and whether you'd be a good fit to their company. Overall, I would have to say it was a fairly straightforward interview.
