I worked at Cielo full-time (More than 10 years)
Good salaries, but depends on the hierarchical level. Good Benefits, quick decision-making (some cases), a lot of training, investment in the development of its employees.
A lot of pressure for short-term results, the total absence of planning, low transparency in senior leadership, Need to change hierarchical structure.
Advice to Management
Need to visit more customers - fewer processes - more transparency - know your more time - hear more - track results - valuing the talents - be less political.
