I have been working at Capco full-time (More than 3 years)
Strong selection of FS clientele with a variety of interesting projects available. Unlike previous consultancies there is a genuine work-life balance here. Whilst working here I have always been able to choose my next project, this though does get harder (understandably) after you turn down a couple.
Capco also have strong culture for diversity. The company has been positive during the crisis, recognising staff effort and performance through promotions and new hiring, but also regular events to maintain motivation.
The benefits provided at the company are generally quite good, including the free healthcare which is a big plus!
Occasionally some projects can be a bit mundane but typically from experience this is not common.
Advice to Management
Discuss with staff their happiness to continue on a project once the initial phase is over.
Continue celebrating performance/achievements and maintain the Capco culture as we grow.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England (UK)) in November 2020.
Submit application form with 2 long motivation questions. And 1 short essay question on the biggest opportunity for their company. Then video interview of 4 1mins recording on various qs. Reasonable effort required to be rejected via a no-reply email.
