I have been working at Capco full-time (Less than a year)
Very interesting projects, most related to digital transformation in the financial services sector. Within Capco, there are numerous chances to contribute to internal business development topics - while hierarchies are present, it feels like working on a common level together with everyone involved, i.e. good opportunity to help shaping different projects. Apart from that, Capco offers a very well-developed training library together with a lot of in-person (virtual) live-trainings to develop consulting and technical skills. Together with an above-average salary and good promotion prospects, this makes Capco a great employer.
Sometimes, a clearer focus of opportunities to be pursued in newly developed business areas would be beneficial.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (Frankfurt am Main (Germany)) in February 2016.
One call followed by 2 personal interviews with senior staff.
The whole process takes a few weeks, only.
Short case study and a brain teaser. They don't care about frameworks. Just want you to work systematically with at least a bit of creativity.
