    fun projects
    lots of room to learn and try something different
    very knowledgeable staff, many young individuals
    management wants you to stay in the company and will encourage you to move around to different departments

    Cons

    work life balance may take a hit
    pay may be slightly lower than industry average
    its in ottawa (if you don't like ottawa)

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlackBerry (Kanata, ON) in January 2019.

    Interview

    Briefly spoke with recruiter and then went on to interview with two managers. After the interview the recruiter got back to me literally the next morning. The managers really liked me and I got an Offer.
