I like the team and the fact that you really need to be teamm-oriented to work well. I like the people too. There is a lot to learn and I like the learning opportunities they offer both online and at university.
The salary is way too low compared to the rest of the market. My salary compares to a call centre customer service advisor and BNY is way above that type of job. Also employees titles should be reviewed. The training is poor. Mainly on the job
