    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in June 2020.

    Interview

A technical phone interview, a few weeks later a whole day of interviews and presentation.
Never seen so much disdain and contempt from interviewers, in two decades.
Some interviewers were quite obnoxious, some of them didn't not even attend the interview process. I spent a whole week-end preparing a ppt presentation and had to send it 24h in advance, there was no need to panic, as it turns out none of the interviewers read it.
Did I mention that nobody even gave me a call or an email or response on the interview ...
I have read somewhere that AWS is treating its candidates as if there were customers, well, no wonder Azure in eating AWS lunch.
