I have been working at AlayaCare full-time (More than a year)
1. Flexibility in terms of working hours and days
2. Challenging environment which facilitates growth
3. Transparency, personally this is one of the biggest positive Alayacare has.I have never encountered any management that comes even a bit close in this to Alayacare. The management at Alayacare believes in having everything on the table this kind of gives you a sense of belonging and motivates you to take the ownership of what you are doing.
4. People at Alayacare : Everyone takes the ownership of there work ie people at Alayacare are proud of what they do and when that's the case you know things are going in the right direction.
5 Culture : Kudos to the management in maintaining this healthy culture despite the growth. Everyone is approachable as well as quite welcoming in the company and the way the management is still pushing to find culturally fit employees is again commendable
Other than this there's a gaming room, free snacks coffees and a lot more
I thought hard for this but couldn't find anything as such
The environment can be a bit challenging for some but then if you are not getting challenged then how will you grow as a professional
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at AlayaCare (Montreal, QC) in August 2019.
The recruiter, who called for a phone interview, was so unprofessional.
Very cold attitude, even she did not start with a warm greeting.
It looks that she only wanted to finish her call! She finished the conversation with "Ok, bye!". She did not even wait for me to say goodbye.
Horrible experience with her!
I had a perfect application with them, I think she ruined it. During the call, I was thinking of why she is so weird.
I suggest you rethink about her duty!
