Pros
Everyone is very intelligent and supportive, which provides for a great work environment. I genuinely feel that the work I am doing has real world impacts, which I have not experienced in previousCons
The only complaint I can think of thus far, is that it is often difficult to rope in some of the non-HQ offices - and many team members may not be able to visit the coworkers they work with on aAlarm.com MISSING VALUE Interviews

Supply Chain Interview
Anonymous Employee in Tysons CornerNo OfferPositive ExperienceApplicationI applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alarm.com (Tysons Corner) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and got an email to set up a phone screen about a week later. The HR woman was up front about the process being a phone screen, phone interview, then an in person interview. Had the phone screen 4 days later. The HR woman did a brief overview about the company and asked basic questions about my resume. We then set up a real phone interview with two managers in the department. That interview lasted about half an hour and they said they would get back to me by the end of the week. When I didn't get a response, I sent a follow up email on Monday and they said they were going with another candidate.InterviewAsked detailed questions about my resume. If you wrote how you increased profits, they will want to know how, etc.
