    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Air Canada (Tampa, FL (US)).

    Interview

Spoke to recruiter for initial phone interview. He then said he was flying to Tampa the next week to do interviews with the manager. I had to make an excuse at work to come in late so I could attend this interview. I was told I would hear back early the following week. I didn’t hear a word. I followed up via phone and email. I never heard a response back. After I invested my time and changed my schedule to attend this interview, the least these people could do is let me know that I was not selected. Instead, they choose to be disrespectful and unprofessional. Highly disappointed in how this company treats candidates. Says a lot about how they must treat employees.
