    Treaty Three Police Service (T3PS) is a growing service that’s responsible for policing duties spanning 55,000 square miles of the Greater Treaty Three Region, located in beautiful Northwestern Ontario.     Minimum Requirements

    Recruit Constables

    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency
    • Must possess a valid Class G Driver’s License
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
    • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
    • No criminal record for which a records suspension (pardon) has not been received or an absolute/conditional discharge that has not been sealed
    • Pass credit, background and investigation checks
    • Must be of good moral character
    • Conversant in Ojibway will be an asset
    • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
    • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
    • Knowledge and understanding of community languages, culture and traditions with a high sensitivity to Indigenous issues

    Experienced Officers

    • All of the above, plus the following:
    • 3rd Class Constable
    • Ontario Police College Certificate or equivalent recognized by the Ontario Police College
    • Disclose any McNeil Reports

    Shift Length

    Shifts run on a 4 on 4 off schedule: 2 nights + 2 days (12 hour shifts) from 7:00am to 7:00pm

    If selected for an interview, you will be required to travel to T3PS Headquarters, located in Kenora Ontario, for an in person interview, fitness test, and mental health assessment.

    Pay: $85,283.00-$106,598.00 per year
