Inside Sales Manager
Ritchie Bros., and RB Global Brand is looking for Inside Territory Managers who can identify and develop new opportunities, while managing the day-to-day transactions with assigned existing accounts across all of Ritchie Bros. channels and platforms. About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager,the Inside Territory Manager (ITM) is responsible for managing an assigned group of customers. You will introduce, promote and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities. Here’s a few things you’ll do:
· Assess your customers’ needs and provide sales solutions based on our service offerings to help transact items using RB Global solutions.
· Develop assigned territory by leveraging playbook and delivering a high volume of outreach to your assigned playbook of Customers.
· ITM’s will be assigned accounts based on the account’s annual potential, with focus on cultivating relationships from an inside sales environment.
To be successful in the role, you:
· Have a passion for sales and the ability leverage resources to achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets.
· Need to generate demand and manage accounts primarily via phone call meetings and outbound emails, with high volume of outreach.
· Partner with sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing throughout the sales process.
· Must maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce).
What we need from you:
· A post-secondary diploma or degree (eg, Bachelor’s Degree) is preferred
· Inside sales experience in KPI sales environment.
· Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
· Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
