I worked for free, because I naturally assume that people aren't thieving and conniving.

Hello Sir/Madam, Our content writing interview process is very rigorous and we have require multiple tests be completed by applicants for us to choose the best one that fits with our company. The first test is an edit test, which is to assess editing skills. This is mandatory as we need to see if applicants can pick up common sentence errors and overall flow of content. The 2nd test is a writing test to see how applicants can write a new topic with a 1 hour time limit. This is to assess the quality of their writing skills while working under pressure. We generally only do 2 tests to choose the applicant, however, sometimes it might lead to a 3rd test when a decision was not made between 2 applicants. We have been in the digital marketing industry for many years and know what to look for when it comes to hiring content writers and look for certain writing styles and editing skills. Our process might be very elaborate, but that is what our management requires. I can assure that any applicants who are not selected is due not being a fit with our content marketing team. I'm sorry you feel the way you do and we wish you the best in your professional career. Thanks G Web Pro Talent Acquisition Team

They asked not to talk about interview questions.

Thomas asked me to imagine what my week would look like, how many hours I wanted to work and what time I would like to arrive and leave. He then did a comparison between the company I was working for weighing the pros and cons of working here or staying where I was. The flexible hours won me over, I loved the idea of being able to eliminate day care costs and pick up my children early from school.
