HI friends, This is Kumar here.Recently i attended a interview in in TETRASOFT for the TSE (trainee software engineer) position. I got a call from HR DEEPTHI that they are conducting Abinitio drive for 5 positions. For this they conducted firstly written test on Abinitio skills . in that written test they asked nearly 60 questions,imagine that it just like an semester exam and the duration is 2hrs 30 mins.for that test nearly 25 people attended among them they select 7 members.to filter in those 7 candidates they took 2 weeks time. After 2 weeks again they conducted face to face technical interview and again they filtered 4 candidates for this also they took 1 week tym.Last but not least they again conducted A MANAGERIAL ROUND FOR THOSE 4 candidates........Finally they said that no one are qualified in dat round so they didn't any offer letter to any one...see how dey are playing with candiadates...they wasted our one month of valuable tym...... Actually i have a friend who is working in that company he told me that there is no NEW PROJECTS AND NO REQUIREMENT TOOOO.....
