50 min Recruiter IV 50 min Hiring Manager IV with two leaders 50 min panel interview to present a case study They ran their interview process well and I reached their second interview but the feedback is confusing as they mentioned that they don’t find the role they have challenging enough for me or it will not stretch me enough. Also on one hand they say they are looking for diversity and on other hand they are looking for similar background as their business which is retail or gaming or entertainment industry compared to mind which is mainly with Enterprise Software companies. They say that I am strong but not good enough for their role. I imagine how would they execute their diversity goals and challenge their status quo if not opening up to consider diverse background with all relevant skills and competencies.

Friendly and warm interview process, focused more on culture fit rather than functional expertise / questions. There was a case study that was given during the second round of the interview as well as a personality assessment. Time consuming but it was helpful to the assessment of the culture fit to the LEGO Group.
