My kids motivate me to keep striving for the best. I have been in the medical field for a while now and I absolutely love working as a Phlebotomist. I’m such a people’s person so I enjoy introducing myself making them feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I love to be organized and prepared for the patient. Less

What are your weakness? I really don’t have any weakness because I’m sure I’m the work that I bring to my patients.

My big weakness is caring too much. I tend to obsess for a short time if I make a mistake. I replay it in my mind over and over again until I come up with a plan for success to make sure I don't repeat it. It becomes a problem when I can't leave it at the office. It may be a weakness, but I'm proud to be goal oriented and committed to ensure success. A good work-out fixes this tendency. Less

Have you ever dealt with an upset customer and how did you handle it?

Depending on if they are just impatient, try to explain the situation and we will get to them when we can. If they are upset because they are in pain, make them feel as comfortable as you can. If either situation they persist, have someone else deescalate or have management step in. Less
