45 minutes of behavioural questions starting from your high school experience, which has no relation to your adult life so I don't know what they wanted to learn from that. tip: instead of badgering applicants with behavioural questions to try and get a sense of who they are and how they work, just have a normal conversation with them and you will likely learn a lot more.
