My weakness was in the area of customer focus because my manager wanted me to become more visable to the organization so that others could reach out to me more on tax questions and issues. I have actively addressed this concern by holding training sessions for other departments that are affected by tax coding implications and have begun to make new connections through these sessions. I was honest about all of my past experience good and bad. I said I had hopes of making partner within a five year time frame. I asked follow up questions about culture, vision for the future and a description of what they considered the ideal candidate for this position to be. Less
