Working with SDM for two years, promoted to supervisor after 1 year. During the two years, gained experience and learned to be more than what my cashier positioned was asked for. Learned cash, epos, began to do supervisor duties without having the title, was a merchandiser as well, day and overnight shifts, knew how to use MMS, place orders, receive, transfer, cycle count, and etc, worked in beauty boutique as low level cosmetician and cosmetic merchandiser and before being let go was to learn how to be photo lab technician so was eager and willing to learn all levels of position as a SDM store.
It is a very easy question to answer but the most difficult when the whole sales team is sitting infront of you, cause in sales there is always competition among colleagues. So if i was answering too positive then my colleagues will take it as a challenge and if answer least positive then the manage may not like me...it was difficult to answer right but you know real sales people can always make their way out nicely...guess what i got the job :)
